The 1 ‘Ohana Foundation
Growth through Giving:
Making a Difference in Communities across Hawaii

The 1 ‘Ohana Foundation aims to build strong local communities across Hawaii.
The Foundation is funded by contributions from the employees, agents, and property managers of Corcoran Pacific Properties, Elite Pacific Vacations, Hawaii Commercial Real Estate, and Mana Mortgage -- working together to support a wide range of organizations on Kauai, Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Island.
The 1 ‘Ohana Foundation is an IRS-approved 501 (c) (3) organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.
What we do

Ongoing Campaign
Our generous employees, agents, and property managers make recurring donations throughout the year and the 1 ‘Ohana Foundation carefully chooses local organizations to support.

In 2022, the 1 'Ohana Foundation made a $15,600 donation to Project Hawai'i Inc., an organization dedicated to helping and enhancing the lives of Hawai'i's homeless and poverty stricken keiki. Learn More

Individual Campaigns
The 1 ‘Ohana Foundation also creates individual campaigns in times of need, benefiting local groups like the Salvation Army Angel Tree, and The Hawaii Theater.
Together, we will make a difference in communities across the islands.
"1 ‘Ohana. A family of different, related companies, who come together as one, committed to the communities we serve across the islands.
The generosity of the agents, property managers and staff of the 1 'Ohana Foundation have made a real difference to the causes we support. Working together, and individually, we've been able to provide direct funding as well as hands-on assistance to those we partner with."
