After years in Chicago, Rosani made Hawaiʻi home, where her passion for property renovation and investment naturally evolved into a career in real estate.

Before earning her real estate license, Rosani built a successful career in Hospitality Management, overseeing multi-unit dining operations and facility management. This experience shaped her commitment to service excellence, organization, and attention to detail. After personally flipping several properties, managing each step from acquisition through renovation and resale, she discovered a true passion for guiding others through the real estate process.
