For Jordan Lem, real estate is a family tradition built on quality service. After earning his license in both California and Hawaii and earning his degree from USC, Jordan joined Corcoran Pacific Properties to bring his passion for property and people to the island of Oahu.

Growing up immersed in family businesses — ranging from commercial real estate to large-scale homes services and dog boarding operations — Jordan developed a “roll-up-your-sleeves” work ethic early on. This background, paired with the inspiration of his father’s 40+ years in the industry, has shaped Jordan into an agent who is as diligent as he is personable. Jordan chose Corcoran Pacific Properties as his Hawaii brokerage to ensure his clients benefit from the strongest support network in the islands where he can build his career to the highest level.

Currently focusing on the vibrant communities of West Oahu, Jordan prides himself on being an active listener and a detail-oriented and honest advocate for his clients. His goal is simple: to help you make smart, confident investment decisions that secure your financial future.

Jordan is affiliated with the Trojan Real Estate Association and the USC Alumni Real Estate Network. When not touring properties or assisting with the family business, you can find Jordan enjoying time outdoors, staying active on the basketball court, traveling and exploring, and keeping up with the family’s high-energy golden retriever.
