It is with great excitement that we welcome Hanna Yancey to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Honolulu, Oahu!

Originally from Yokohama, Japan, Hanna Yancey’s journey has always been centered around hospitality, culture, and community. After moving to Hawaii in 2018 and earning her degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, she built a diverse background in tourism, hospitality, and property management. She has worked as a hotel front desk agent, restaurant server, Japanese tour wholesale specialist, and assistant property manager, experiences that shaped her passion for providing exceptional client service.

Hanna discovered her love for real estate during an internship with Captain Cook Resorts, where she saw firsthand how finding the right home could transform a person’s experience of living in Hawaii. Inspired by that experience, she pursued a career where she could help people through one of life’s biggest milestones while building lasting relationships along the way.

Today, Hanna is a REALTOR® with Corcoran Pacific Properties and a proud member of KIND AGENTS HAWAII, where she combines personalized service with the support and expertise of a collaborative team. Fluent in both English and Japanese, she is passionate about making the buying and selling process approachable and seamless for local, mainland, and international clients.

Known for her responsiveness, reliability, and warm personality, Hanna believes that real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it’s about understanding each client’s unique goals and helping them find a place where they truly feel at home. Outside of real estate, Hanna has been dancing hula since she was three years old, and Hawaii and Hawaiian culture have always held a special place in her heart. Long before calling Hawaii home in 2018, hula nurtured a deep appreciation for the islands, their traditions, and the spirit of aloha. Today, she continues to dance hula and works as a Cultural Activity Instructor, sharing Hawaiian culture with visitors from around the world. As a proud wife and mother, Hanna brings that same sense of aloha, connection, and care to every relationship she builds with her clients.
