Arthur E. Pavliska

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Arthur attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied Fine Art/Studio Art, then FIT where he earned a degree in Interior Design, and Kean University where he obtained a degree in business. Before launching his real estate career, a career choice inspired by his brother David who sadly passed away in 2021, Arthur worked in Interior Design, solar sales and real estate investment.

After initially moving to Hawaii in 2017, Arthur decided to join Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2021 following the glowing recommendation and encouragement of Corcoran agent Jeff Calley.

With a passion for making every day count, creating memorable experiences and helping people achieve their dreams, Arthur takes pride in building life-long friendships and connections through his work in real estate.

When not assisting clients, Arthur pursues Zen Buddhism, enjoys surfing, hiking, dancing, gardening, and design. He is also devoted to his wonderful partner who supports him in following his dreams and two amazing fur babies who teach him about unconditional love on a daily basis. Arthur also volunteers with The Mankind Project, which is a personal development organization offering training and support.
