Chandler Thomas

Born in Southern California and raised in Colorado, Chandler moved to Hawaii in 2014 and attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where she completed a degree in Communications, with a minor in Environmental Studies.

Prior to earning her real estate license, she worked in Real Estate development at Abe & Adam Development, where she was also inspired to launch a real estate career, motivated by her passion for helping people find their dream home. Chandler always loved homes and as a child, would ask her parents to take her to open houses for fun. The team at Abe & Adam encouraged her to get her license. In 2022, Chandler joined Corcoran Pacific Properties as a mentee of her friend Ruthie Kaminskas, and is focused on sales on the North Shore of Oahu.

Chandler prides herself on her work ethic, and loves the quote “How you do anything is how you do everything." In addition to working as a real estate agent, she owns her own property management company and helps her partner with his cafe business The Sunrise Shack.

When not working, Chandler enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, surfing or relaxing at the beach. She is also a certified yoga teacher, loves making pottery, and spending time with her family of 5 adopted cats. Chandler also volunteers at beach cleanups sponsored by The Sunrise Shack and Sustainable Coastline.
