Born and raised on Oahu, Denise has seen it all from short sales, competitive seller’s markets and everything in-between. Despite changing market demands, Denise has the experience, the skill and the out-of-the-box thinking to assess the client’s situation, know what it will take to accomplish the client’s objective and stick to it until the job is done!
Denise loves what she does and genuinely invests in her clients. But there is more to it than that: she seeks to continually evolve and grow, and finds excitement in all aspects of client care. Denise’s tremendous compassion and grit come from her own life challenges as a single mother of four and a cancer survivor.
Each home is unique, with a story to convey to buyers. Denise expertly conveys that story of “home”, allowing her to achieve the highest price when she represents sellers.
When working with buyers, she finds fulfillment in walking them through each step of the purchase until she has the honor of handing over the house keys.
Outside of work, Denise takes great pleasure in spending time with her grandchildren, whether playing with them or teaching them life lessons. When she is not with her family, Denise enjoys spending time reading a good book or dancing, her favorite activity.
