Kayla N. Hickcox

Corcoran Pacific Agent

Big Island

Real Estate Agent

Born and raised in Colorado, Kayla Nicole Hickcox moved to Hawaii when her personal travels brought her to Kona several times due to her familial ties. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology.

Before getting her real estate license in 2019, she worked in Forensic Psychology. Kayla transitioned into real estate after starting a family, but her connection to this career started at age 15. Kayla’s family grew close to their realtor after moving in middle school, which gave her the opportunity to work in the real estate field as a part-time administrative assistant. Kayla joined Corcoran Pacific Properties because of the brand and agent support the company provides. She feels it is important to align herself with a company like Corcoran Pacific Properties because of their exceptional professionalism, client-focus, top notch marketing and genuine Aloha spirit.

Kayla’s goal as a real estate agent is to provide excellent service while helping people. She believes in treating others with compassion and understanding, and she is focused on ensuring that every transaction rolls out smoothly. Kayla knows how important it is to hear her clients, and she believes in maintaining a clear line of communication. She is detail oriented and friendly, is an expert negotiator, and will advocate on her client’s behalf.

When initially licensed, Kayla worked in Colorado and focused on residential properties. Over time, she expanded into investment and vacation properties. Kayla serves on the Colorado Board of Realtors, Fort Collins Board of Realtors, and the West Hawaii Association of Realtors. She placed among the “Top 10” list in sales in another franchise in her first 4 months of being in real estate. Outside of real estate, Kayla spends her time with her family, and she volunteers at Women and Children’s advocacy centers.
