Real Estate Agent
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Kit Parsons completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate work at the University of San Diego, majoring in educational leadership and multicultural education. She spent considerable time at her family’s second home in Telluride, Colorado alongside frequent trips to the “Garden Isle” of Kauai where she moved full-time in 2001. Before becoming a real estate agent, Kit worked as a school administrator, taught elementary, middle school, as well as gifted and talented programs. While working as an educator, Kit enjoyed helping people achieve their potential and goals, and recognized the opportunity to also help people realize their dreams of homeownership, real estate investment, and wealth building. She joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2020 because of their shared client-centric, professional philosophy and phenomenal support.
As an agent, Kit believes in treating each of her clients as she does family members. Understanding a home is not only a sanctuary, but also one of the largest financial investments people ever make, Kit prides herself on delivering exceptional expertise, utilizing her background as an educator to assist clients with making sound real estate decisions.
After over twenty years of real estate sales and project development, multiple awards including the 2002 Garden Island Reader’s Choice Award for Best Realtor and 2019 Top 20 Realtors for Sales Volume, Kit is still passionate about helping her clients and bolstering her own knowledge of the industry.
When she’s not working, Kit revels in outdoor activities and enjoys hiking, bike riding, running, tennis, yoga, stand up surfing, and surfing. She also loves partaking in Bible study with Kauai Women of the Word and prayer groups with Moms in Prayer. She has two wonderful daughters, and is passionate about education, community housing initiatives, and young women’s leadership development.
