"Linh did an outstanding job from start to finish with getting my condo listed and sold! We initially met to get her assessment of my condo and what it could reasonably list at based on the market. She also suggested some quick fixes I could do to help my unit stand out from other listings. I agreed to make the (mostly) cosmetic fixes, and within a few days of completing my work, she brought in furniture to stage the apartment and took professional photographs for the listing. When I was renovating the one she sold for me, she gave me tips on the type of ceiling fans, pendant lights, and other fixtures to install. After the renovations were completed, she artistically staged the home w/ contemporary furnishings and beautiful accents.
