Mary Lavoie-Olson was born and raised in Hawaiʻi and brings more than 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, business ownership, and real estate to her clients.
Throughout her career, Mary has worked with leading companies including U.S. Sprint, McCaw Telepage, BMW Honolulu, TheoDavies Mercedes-Benz, Choi International, and Corcoran Pacific Properties, consistently establishing herself as a top producer.
Today, Mary is an Owner and President of Corcoran Pacific Properties, while continuing to do what she loves most—personally selling real estate and working directly with her clients.
Real estate was a natural fit for Mary because of her passion for homes, remodeling, construction, and design. She has successfully remodeled and sold numerous properties and has been involved in designing and building new homes. Her hands-on experience allows her to recognize a property’s potential and understand which improvements can make a meaningful difference in both presentation and value.
Remodeling is Mary’s passion, and staging her listings is her forte. She takes a hands-on approach to preparing properties for market, from recommending improvements, finishes, and landscaping to furniture placement, staging, and the final details that help a home make an exceptional first impression.
