Born on the island of Kauai and raised in Oahu, Milo headed to the Pacific Northwest to attend the University of Oregon and study business, psychology, and fine arts. Prior to starting his real estate career in 2001, Milo completed an apprenticeship as a custom jeweler and worked as the design director and retail operations manager for a jewelry company in Honolulu.
At the age of 23, Milo purchased his first condo, and the process ignited his passion for real estate, prompting him to take a licensing class to learn more about the industry. Since then, Milo’s background in real estate includes helping real estate investors buy, sell and manage their investment properties including commercial and residential real estate. Milo also served as the Manager for the Kauai District Land Office of DLNR, the Chairperson for the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, the Chairperson of the Hawaii Public Housing Authority, and the Executive Director for the non-profit Kauai Housing Development Corporation. Milo strives to be the expert that other real estate agents call for advice and endeavors to exceed expectations.
In 2020, Milo joined Corcoran Pacific Properties because he saw a company that was positioned to be the top full-service real estate company in Hawaii, with exceptional teams in brokerage, vacation rental, property management, and commercial real estate. First Licensed in Hawaii in 2001, Milo has also practiced real estate in Nevada and Washington State.
Aside from his affinity for real estate, Milo loves to paddle canoe, hike, surf, and spend time with his family traveling around the world. He has two beautiful children, Kai and Nai’a, a wonderful wife Amy, and a crazy dog named Pickle. He also spends time volunteering on committees for affordable housing and government policy.
