Milo KF Spindt
Corcoran Pacific Agent
Real Estate Agent
Born on the island of Kauai and raised in Oahu, Milo headed to the Pacific Northwest to attend the University of Oregon and study business, psychology, and fine arts. Prior to getting into real estate, Milo was a design director and retail operations manager for a jewelry company in Honolulu.
At the age of 23, Milo purchased his first condo, and the process ignited his passion for real estate, prompting him to take a licensing class to learn more about the industry. Since then, Milo’s background in real estate includes property management, investment properties, commercial real estate, land management, and housing development. As a real estate agent with experience in both mainland and Hawaii markets, as well as extensive experience as chairperson, director, and member of multiple housing boards and committees, Milo strives to be the expert that other real estate agents call for advice, and strives to provide the best service possible to both clients and other agents.
Aside from his affinity for real estate, Milo loves to hike, surf, and spend time with his family traveling around the world. He has two beautiful children, Kai and Naia, a wonderful wife Amy, a crazy dog named Pickle, and a black cat nicknamed "Darth Kittyous". He also spends time volunteering on committees for affordable housing and real estate-related fields including being the 2023 President-Elect for the Kauai Board of Realtors.
