Corcoran Pacific Properties
Born and raised in Southern California, Nancy returned to Hawaii in 2003, primarily living on Oahu and Hawaii Island. A graduate of St. Mary’s with a degree in Management, Nancy holds an additional undergraduate degree in Interior Architecture from Santa Monica College.
Before her career in real estate, Nancy worked in banking in Napa Valley, specializing in construction lending, and as an appraiser in Northern California. While in Southern California, Nancy also worked in design and construction estimating for numerous high end firms.
Nancy’s passion for real estate was influenced by her mother’s successful career as a luxury real estate agent in Los Angeles. Nancy believes that real estate is the best occupation, particularly in the state of Hawaii. As an agent since 2003, she loves working to help clients realize their dreams and investment goals.
While actively selling on Oahu, Nancy has always worked with a wide range of agents across neighborhoods and price ranges. In recent years, Nancy has increasingly focused on education and agent development. Her extensive experience enabled her to successfully develop strategies that enable agents to perform at their professional and personal best, ensuring that life balance remains as important a goal as strong skills and ethics. Nancy prides herself in agent career development, contract strategy and conflict resolution.
In 2020, Nancy joined Corcoran Pacific Properties for the opportunity to work with a well respected real estate firm and a growth-oriented team committed to offering real estate professionals the best experience in agent support and career development.
When she isn’t working, Nancy is an avid reader who also enjoys writing, hiking and walks. A mother of two grown children and grandmother of three, Nancy lives primarily on Oahu, and has a property on Hawaii Island where she regularly joins her partner and two beloved dogs. Nancy regularly volunteers through a foundation in Hawaii focused on activities for women and children.
