Corcoran Pacific Agent
Real Estate Agent
Born and raised in Haleiwa, Oahu, Natiana attended Heald College in Honolulu where she earned an Applied Science Associate degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting.
Before starting her real estate career, Natiana worked in the accounting department of a construction company for 5 years. She has over 8 years of experience in accounting, including managing financial statements, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, and general administrative duties. Natiana also worked in the restaurant industry where she gained a great deal of customer service experience.
Since the day she bought her condo in Mililani, Natiana wanted her siblings to someday have the opportunity to also experience the joy of home ownership. Uncertain about how that dream would come true, she decided to learn more about the process, so she began studying to be a real estate agent. The career choice is a perfect fit for Natiana who always enjoyed working directly with people, getting to know them and creating relationships with the intent to help people accomplish their goals. The experience she had when she purchased a property was amazing, and she was inspired to share the same kind of experience with everyone.
In 2021, Natiana decided to join Corcoran Pacific Properties because she loved working with Bridget, who is an agent with the company, and assisted her with her first purchase. Natiana loved Bridget’s professionalism, and wanted to join a brokerage she felt holds the same values and expectations as she does.
Natiana’s goal in her real estate career is to continue her professional development so that she is able to offer outstanding services to her clients. She prides herself in her organizational and time management skills, in being able to prioritize and create a clear path towards achieving her goals.
Outside of work, Natiana enjoys spending time with family and friends, learning, reading books, playing sports, and just being out in nature, whether it’s the beach, mountains or simply the grass in her backyard. Natiana also volunteers at the Waialua Federal Credit Union where she is a member of the Supervisory Committee.
