Sandi A. O'Shaughnessy

Sandi comes to Corcoran Pacific Properties with two decades of experience in real estate. Originally from the East Coast, she has made Kauai her home for more than 30 years.

Before moving into traditional real estate sales, Sandi was employed by Marriott Vacation Club, where she earned a reputation as one of the highest-ranking agents in the company’s history. She joined Kauai’s Bali Hai Agency in 2017 with her husband and fellow agent, Kevin. Since then the two have worked on numerous transactions together, buying and selling homes throughout Kauai and the Big Island.

A theater major in college, Sandi founded a non-profit theater group in 2001, and has since taught the craft to individuals of all ages. Additionally, she holds a number of fitness certifications and volunteers her time as a strength training coach at Kapaa High School.

When she isn’t assisting her clients in finding their dream homes, Sandi enjoys practicing yoga, swimming, cooking, entertaining, pursuing theatrical endeavors, and spending time with her cat and two dogs. A talented jewelry maker, her designs appear in a number of boutiques throughout Hawaii and the mainland. Sandi is excited to be joining the Corcoran Pacific ohana on Kauai.
