Shrace L Mendoza

Born and raised on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Shrace grew up in Waipahu and now resides in Ewa Beach on the Leeward side of the Oahu island. Shrace is a graduate of James Campbell High School and has attended Leeward Community College. Prior to real estate, Shrace worked in the hospitality industry at a top chain worldwide restaurant as an Assistant General Manager, and has recently managed two offices for a local real estate brokerage. After serving in the hospitality industry, Shrace finds joy in helping others, and is excited to implement her hospitality skills to her real estate career.

Shrace started her real estate career at a local brokerage a few years ago. In this role, she was able to gain knowledge and a more in depth understanding of the real estate process, including the importance of team work, communication, and time. She prides herself in her ability to analyze and implement solutions, her dedication to educating her clients while being attentive to their desires regarding their dream home. Shrace's goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations by providing exceptional service while helping them make their homeownership dreams come true.

During her free time, Shrace enjoys dancing Tahitian and spending time with her husband Diether and their two American Bullies, Stud & Heavenly Storm.
