Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Stephen Proski graduated from Chicago State University with a degree in Psychology. He moved around the mainland for a number of years and after repeated visits, Stephen fell in love with the “Aloha State” and moved to Hawaii full time.
Stephen started his business career working for the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons and held various administrative positions. His work required multiple moves so he became very familiar with the relocation process moving from state to state. Stephen’s travels landed him in Scottsdale, Arizona and he began his real estate career in 1996
Within a few years of selling condos, golf course homes, vacation homes, short sales, luxury properties, and commercial real estate, Stephen built a successful real estate team and opened his own real estate brokerage firm.
Stephen is a trusted, top selling real estate broker, who has been helping his clients buy and sell real estate for more than 20 years. His business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy satisfied clients and their referrals to friends, family and neighbors. Stephen has earned the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid and honest advice. His past clients have described him as a “trusted advisor, great listener, hard negotiator, true professional.”
Buying or selling a home is a complex, sophisticated and often deeply personal endeavor. With Stephen’s extensive market knowledge and unmatched devotion to his clients, you can expect personal attention, professionalism, consistency and superior results.
When he isn’t hard at work, Stephen loves exploring the Hawaiian Islands; hiking, snorkeling, swimming, playing Pickleball and experimenting with cooking. Stephen also believes in giving back and over the past 5 years headed up a prison ministry program and now serves on the Board of Directors.
