Originally from Chicago, Victoria has down-to-earth Midwestern roots that emphasize hard work, dedication, loyalty and a commitment to going the extra mile. Prior to graduating from the University of Illinois, she created and participated in their first out-of-state internship program, which enabled her to reside and work at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort in Kaanapali, learning every facet of the hotel. After graduation, she moved to Malibu, CA and assisted in opening the Loews Hotel in Santa Monica as chief concierge. Her experience as a concierge taught her to give each client a personal touch and to think outside the box to find solutions to difficult situations.
After purchasing her first home in the 1980s, Victoria acquired her real estate license and worked for the top developer in commercial leasing and sales of shopping centers. By working with business owners and buyers from all over the world, she was able to engage with many cultures and watch others reach their financial goals. She was inspired to become an investor herself, flipping homes while still in her 20s. Knowing her experience could help clients achieve their personal dream of finding the perfect home, she began to focus on residential sales.
Victoria eventually transitioned into medical sales. After discovering a special niche market in the orthopedic field, she held the top salesperson spot for 10 years and created a new market arena for the rest of the company to follow. Her success afforded her the opportunity to return to real estate investing, which led her to Hawaii. After living part time on Kauai, she chose the Big Island as her slice of paradise and built her forever home.
Victoria continually strives to educate herself to provide her clients with the best possible experience. Victoria is dedicated to multiple local and global causes, but is especially passionate about wildlife and the protection of endangered species. Through many years of hard work, she has been able to travel the world and indulge her passions for photography and adventure. In particular, she has enjoyed her many safari trips to Africa, where she became involved with the conservation of elephants. When she is not working hard for her clients or traveling, she embraces the outdoor lifestyle and can be found hiking, snorkeling, or playing tennis or golf.
