Born in Tacoma, Washington, Walter also lived in Germany and Wisconsin before relocating to Hawaii. He has diverse work experience in fields such as project management, sales, IT support, and clinical healthcare with top companies both locally and nationally, including Apple, Microsoft, Bank of Hawaii, and Queens Medical Center. In his free time, he enjoys outrigger paddling, hiking with his dog, and reading by the beach.
