It is with great excitement that we welcome Therese McCarthy to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii Island.
The natural beauty, laid back lifestyle and the Aloha spirit drew Therese, a Wisconsin native, to the Big Island from her very first visit. Moving to Hawaii was an overwhelming process but one of the best decisions she’s ever made.
With her firsthand relocation experience, Therese helps her clients navigate the process of making their Hawaiian home ownership dream a reality! She is excited to assist her clients in finding the Hawaiian property they have always dreamed of by focusing on their individual style, needs and budget.
Real estate is Therese’s passion and she enjoys helping people sell their home or find their next home. As an added value, her 15+ years in Interior Design and home renovations enable her to offer design vision and assistance to both buyers and sellers.
Commitment to her clients and putting their needs first is Therese’s first priority. She is also committed to helping her local community by fostering dogs with Hawaii Humane Society. Therese was a volunteer with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) of Arizona and an advocate for 3 young children in Foster Care. In 2016, she joined Maryknoll Missions in Tanzania, Africa and taught English at Kowak Girls Secondary School.
In her free time, you can find Therese at one of the beaches on the island, hopping to other Hawaiian islands, hiking, snorkeling, and playing tennis and pickleball. Family is extremely important; she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters and being the Hawaii “tour guide” when her large Wisconsin family (10 brothers and 7 sisters!) comes to visit. Therese enjoys her “Best Life” here on the Big Island of Hawaii and looks forward to helping her clients do the same!
