Born in North Dakota and raised in Montana, Jo Frasier is a graduate of both the University of Montana and the University of Central Arkansas.
Before starting her real estate career, Jo pursued a career in physical therapy. That didn’t last long however, and after moving to Hawaii in 1976, she earned her real estate license in 1979.
Jo is a dedicated professional who prides herself on integrity, savvy business sense, and market knowledge. She specializes in meeting her clients’ needs, and she works equally as hard on all property types and price points. Her “Clients for Life” business philosophy shines through in all that she does, and her clients emphatically describe her as smart, honest, caring and energetic, an agent who will work hard for you, putting forth the extra effort to make sure you are happy and all your needs are met.
In 2020, Jo joined Corcoran Pacific Properties with hopes to bolster her already impressive 46-year real estate portfolio, including project sales management for Nohona Kahala, Palm Drive, 949 Prospect (co-developer), One Archer Lane (a $93-million, 330-unit Honolulu high-rise), Koko Villas (a $53-million subdivision in Hawaii Kai comprised of 70 single-family homes) and many smaller CPR developments across Oahu. Her career highlights also include listing and selling one of the highest valued off-water Kahala estates (the Myers Estate) and representing actor Tom Selleck in the sale of his Black Point Kahala residence. Jo has also been an Aloha 'Aina Realtor Awards Program Nominee for multiple years.
When she’s not working, Jo enjoys long walks and watching sunsets with her dog Busie and partner Michael. She’s also a long-time resident and director on the Maunalua/Koko Kai/Triangle Neighborhood Board. An avid tennis fan, Jo has traveled to all the tennis opens, including the Australian Open, which she’s attended 13 times!
