Ruth knows her market. If there’s one thing I’m sure of - Ruth is a true gem and at times, a miracle worker. We've bought and sold several homes in our lifetime and Ruth is by far the best real estate agent we've ever had. She represented us on the buyer side and although it was a little complex due to the distance (we live in CA and Ruth + our new home is in Princeville, Kauai) she made it feel easy peasy. We managed to put our house on the market just as our community began experiencing a slowing of sales. Despite that headwind, Ruth’s patient and skilled work produced one of the earliest closings in our neighborhood. She worked in concert with her colleague Chris Ordonez, but she was always a guiding influence and emerged as the lead agent in the time leading up to the successful offer and through the close of escrow. Ruth’s extensive experience in real estate, in general, and in the Princeville market in particular, really showed. She chose an outstanding photographer who made sure our house had a good presence online. Either she or Chris hosted every single showing which gave us peace of mind and confidence that potential buyers would be fully informed about our property. We agree with other reviewers that she pays attention to detail, a very important characteristic now that real estate transactions have become so complex. This quality in Ruth paid big dividends in keeping all parties on track such that our escrow closed on time. Her capacity for vigorous, creative, and collegial negotiation was the key in getting us into escrow in the first place.
