Donna Rice named to NAR Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee

Corcoran Pacific Properties is proud to announce that Kauai broker and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist Donna Rice R(B), has been named to the National Association of Realtors 2021 Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee. With over 21 years in residential real estate more than $180 Million in career sales, Donna is a Senior Advisor in the real estate industry and founder of the Rice Luxury Group.

Donna has managed top selling offices, served twice a President of the Kauai Board of Realtors, and regularly serves at the state level with the Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) both in committees and on the Board Directors. Donna is also a member of the Centurion Honor Society member, “elite of the elite” for exceptional sales; a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a member of “Who’s Who In Luxury Real Estate”.

The Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee monitors, reviews, analyzes and recommends policies on issues and trends affecting resort and vacation markets. The 47 member committee also sponsors education and networking opportunities that enable Resort Specialists to be more successful in their unique business niche.
