It is with great excitement that we welcome Cheryl Borsh to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Kaailua-Kona, Hawaii Island!

Born and raised in Lodi, California, Cheryl found her calling in the Aloha State. She attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo and Purdue University, earning degrees in Liberal Studies and Education. Soon after, she embarked on a fulfilling career in education for many years, focusing on elementary grades 3-5. However, it was the desire to help others navigate through one of life’s most significant transitions that led Cheryl to pursue a career in real estate.

Drawing upon her innate empathy and understanding of the emotional weight that often accompanies major life changes, Cheryl is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of support and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for anticipating potential challenges, Cheryl is adept at mitigating stress and ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction. Her dedication to building long-term relationships is founded on trust, integrity, and loyalty.

In addition to her passion for real estate, Cheryl is a dedicated educator and animal advocate. When not helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, she can still be found teaching classes, volunteering at local animal shelters, or indulging in her love of diving, golf, and gardening.

A devoted wife and primary caregiver for her elderly mother, Cheryl embodies the values of compassion, understanding, and unwavering commitment. Her unique blend of life experiences has instilled a deep appreciation for the importance of “finding home” and the profound impact it has on our lives.
