As a young adult she made a drastic transition to Florida and subsequently to Hawaii, captivated by the warm tropical climate and dynamic lifestyle. Embracing the rich traditions and values of Hawaiian culture has enriched her perspective, fostering a deep appreciation for community, connection, and the natural beauty that surrounds us.
Kristen first obtained her real estate license in 2020 in Florida, where she has a proven track record of successfully selling residential real estate, including Pinellas County and its surrounding areas. Her diverse experience encompasses beach condominiums, penthouses, single-family homes, as well as properties in urban hotspots and expansive rural estates. Her primary focus now centers on South Oahu, with specialized expertise in Ward Village and its surrounding neighborhoods, particularly in residential condominiums and new developments.
Her professional journey is marked by diverse experiences, initially pursuing social work with a desire to help others, then exploring business, luxury spa management, and holistic health. As a third-generation real estate agent, she discovered her natural calling in real estate, a path that has proven to be one of the most fulfilling and rewarding pursuits imaginable. Before real estate, her esteemed roles as a luxury spa manager, marketing manager, and entrepreneur honed her expertise in client relationships and strategic business development.
