It is with great excitement that we welcome Miranda Oldham to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Kailua, Oahu!
Born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, Miranda moved to Hawaii in 2013 and has always considered herself an “island girl”. She graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia with a Bachelors of Science, where she majored in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. She began working part-time as a personal trainer and fitness instructor when one of her clients (who worked with Corcoran) encouraged her to pursue a career in real estate and she earned her license in 2019.
Raised by a single mom entrepreneur, Miranda watched her drive and fight to thrive, which planted a seed of hard work and dedication to achieve and succeed. As a single mom herself, that now translates into everything Miranda does as she continually strives to be the best she can be for her clients and her family.
Her main goal for her real estate career is growth and gaining more knowledge to become an authority on all areas of real estate. She has sold in all areas of Oahu: from condos, to vacant land, to multi-million dollar waterfront homes and even two Quonset Huts on the west coast of Oahu. Her drive and personality to be successful as an agent is what allows her to deliver the absolute best product and service to her clients. Her professional motto is “going the ‘extra mile’ and giving my all”. Miranda has recently decided to join Corcoran Pacific Properties as a means to reach her full potential. She saw that Corcoran aligned with her goals and visions for her future and continued growth.
Other than real estate, Miranda spends valuable time being a life coach and mentoring women – to help them recover from trauma, especially from abusive marriages, so that they can heal and live their best lives. She has also worked with and donated to “The Shelter” for women and children in Kaneohe. Her hobbies include weight lifting, Yoga, traveling and spending time with her kids and dog. She is also currently studying Spanish and Italian.
Welcome, Miranda!
