Sean McGonigle brings a rare blend of military discipline, corporate acumen, and creative vision to Corcoran Pacific Properties. A Syracuse alum and UCLA Anderson MBA graduate, Sean’s professional roots run deep, spanning service in the U.S. Navy and a successful career in medical device sales. First licensed in San Diego in 2016, Sean eventually relocated to Hawaii to align his love for surfing with a thriving real estate practice.

Now licensed across Hawaii, California, and Washington, Sean offers island-wide expertise with a specialized focus on properties with untapped potential. He loves the hands-on process of restoring homes and believes everyone deserves the opportunity to own a piece of paradise. Known for his unwavering transparency, Sean guides his clients through every step of the process with clarity and integrity.
