Born in Honolulu and raised in Punalu’u on the Windward side, her deep connection to the islands is matched by a sophisticated professional background. An ‘Iolani School and University of Hawaii at Manoa alumna with a BA in Political Science and Mandarin Chinese, Alexis possesses the sharp communication and holistic negotiation skills required in today’s competitive landscape.

Before transitioning to sales, Alexis honed her sharp eye for detail at Howard Hughes within Ward Village. Working on the Design & Construction Management team for ultra-luxury developments like Waiea and Anaha, she managed the complex punch-list process. By navigating the intricate space between discerning owners, agents, and contractors, she ensured every detail of these high-end units met flawless standards. This experience gave her an insider’s understanding of property construction and quality - an invaluable asset she now passes on to her buyers and sellers.

Licensed since 2014, Alexis initially cut her teeth in leasing and property management for over 100 units solo before launching into full-time sales. Today, she specializes in single-family homes and condos, with a growing focus on wealth-building through 1031 exchanges and investor relations. Known for her creative approach to roadblocks, Alexis simply doesn't take "no" for an answer when it comes to her clients' goals. She thrives on absorbing the stress of a transaction, turning complex escrows into seamless, rewarding experiences.

When she isn't analyzing the market or negotiating deals, Alexis is deeply invested in her community. She loves spending time with her husband, their two active sons (ages 7 and 9), and their senior rescue dog Koko. Actively involved in leading her local church's kids' ministry, Alexis's ultimate driver is family and those around her - and the ability to practice radical generosity toward the people and places she loves.
