Dennis was born in Seoul, South Korea, and was raised in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. He attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and obtained a BBA in Marketing. After college, Dennis started his career as an analyst in investment banking in New York and London. He left finance and took a job in overseeing light manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, China and Seoul, South Korea. After 7 years in Asia, he eventually moved to Hawaii in 2009 and became a Senior Business Advisor for the Hawaiian Small Business Development Center.
Dennis looked to launch a career in real estate because he wanted to be part of the joyful experience of home buying. He joined Corcoran Pacific Properties because of their luxury brand and impressive team of agents. As an agent, Dennis not only brings his meticulous analytical skills, but also his honesty and fairness to every transaction. He is focused on selling both residential and commercial properties.
Besides his passion for real estate, Dennis also directs an economic development program for small businesses at the University of Hawaii. He volunteers as the President of the Board of Directors for the Manoa Japanese Language School and is fluent in English and Korean, in addition to having working knowledge of Mandarin. Dennis still finds time to read, hike, and enjoy life with his wife, two children, and their dog and cat.
