Danny was originally born in Cologne, Germany and grew up in Tampa, Florida. After relocating to Seattle, Washington, he attended the University of Washington, where he earned a degree in Environmental Studies. He first received his real estate license in 2015 in Seattle and shortly thereafter relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2018.
Having a parent in the armed forces gave Danny an opportunity and appreciation to be able to experience living in different places around the United States and gave Danny experience in moving and moving to a new home. This developed his interest in real estate at a young age and he began investing in real estate over 20 years ago. Danny understands that we all go through different chapters in our lives and recognizes the need to support his clients on their own journey. He takes pride in helping clients through one of the most important life events that clients will ever go through, buying or selling a home. Investing in rental properties is a sign of success for both Danny and his clients, and he is committed to helping them buy and sell their homes and properties so they get the most out of their investments.
Danny has over 20 years of broad experience in management, investment and real estate and can deliver strong results in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In addition, he also has extensive knowledge of process improvement, hospitality, leasing, quality assurance, customer relations, financial services, technical support, leasing, and retail.
In his free time, Danny enjoys gardening, DIY, photography, and road trips. He also speaks German and has a GREEN designation through the National Association of Realtors.
