Born on Oahu and raised in the neighborhoods of Kaneohe Bay and Hawaii Kai, Nikki’s family heritage in Hawaii has spanned over five generations. She brings that history with her through stories from neighborhoods on Oahu, Hawai’i, & Kauai. Her great-grandfather was a merchant in Hilo, who developed and sold commercial real estate in the early 1900s. Over the years she had the privilege of living in New York and Oregon prior to returning home in 2001. She loves life in Hawaii with her husband Tom, their two children, and treasured family pets.

Nikki completed her requirements and educational courses to qualify as a Certified Residential Specialist, and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS. The CIPS Network is comprised of 2,300 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the “international” market.
