Philip was born in Santa Cruz, CA and has been living on Kauai since 2012. After living in Southern Oregon for some time, Philip decided to relocate his family to beautiful Hawaii where he spent the first six years on Kauai working in the tourism trade. Philip was a tour guide for various recreational sports companies, a Youth Director for his local church, and shares a photography business with his wife. He also owns a coffee shop that opened three years ago.

Philip got his real estate license in the beginning of 2021. His focus is on residential properties, and his expertise is on the Southside of Kauai. He joined Corcoran Pacific Properties because he wanted to be a part of a company that values integrity and relationships. He was also impressed by the amount of support that Corcoran offers their agents.

Philip has always been interested in becoming a realtor, but more importantly, he was interested in helping people find their dream homes. He is committed to providing the best possible services and always goes above and beyond, establishing long-lasting relationships with his clients.

When not working, Philip enjoys the outdoors and adventuring with his wife, their 4 children, and little dog Carl, all of whom are the joys of his life.
