This represents the highest sold price for a single family home on the island of Oahu as recorded in the HiCentral MLS. Based on information from the Multiple Listing Service of HiCentral MLS, Ltd. for the period 11/1/1991 through 7/26/21. 1240 Mokulua Drive was also voted The Wall Street Journal’s “House of the Year” in 2019.
