David Markle has been helping his clients navigate the Oahu real estate market for over a decade. From the beginning of his career, David committed himself to studying and growing with Oahu’s unique market landscape to ensure that his clients needs are always put first.

Born and raised in Hawaii, David has enjoyed helping fellow residents on island, returning home or the new comers find their piece of paradise. He prides himself on locating the perfect property for his clients.

Since becoming a licensed and full time real estate agent, he has expanded his expertise from marketing, selling and purchasing properties to also growing his own knowledge of DIY and home renovations. David, purchased his own home in 2020 that needed to be completely overhauled. He took on the work himself which has helped him understand the in’s and out’s of a homes bones. He greatly attributes this to his ability to help clients see what might need to be completed to a property to become a home.

While not helping his clients with their real estate needs, you can find him enjoying the waves along Oahu’s South Shore, working on a DIY project or taking advantage of the beautiful golf courses on the island.
