Tina Wilcox was born in Las Vegas but was raised on the island of Kauai. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from BYU-Hawaii. Before starting a career in real estate, she planned to become an elementary school teacher and spent time substitute teaching and tutoring after school programs. For about 15 years, Tina owned and operated a residential cleaning business.

Tina believes that our home is the most sacred place we create in this life and she was motivated to become a real estate agent to help her clients find their own sacred places. It was a natural progression for Tina, as she loved helping people create and maintain peace and serenity through cleanliness and organization.

Tina takes pride in her ability to perpetuate honesty and integrity in everything she does. She’s also developed a keen ability to listen to the needs of her clients and pay close attention to detail. Tina is motivated to build her business based on her love of helping others and the trust she earns from those she helps.

Tina joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2021 because she knew the brand’s training programs and mentorship opportunities would provide her with a firm foundation as she began her real estate career. Tina was also excited to leverage Corcoran Pacific Properties’ wide influence throughout Hawaii, and plans to focus her attention to residential sales on Kauai.

When she’s not buying and selling homes, you’ll find Tina out in nature, hiking, camping, or spending time at the beach. Tina is married and has a son who is the best big brother to his baby sister.
