From an early age, Todd has always been naturally curious about people. He’s energized by new interactions, and has an authentic passion for connecting with others. Gifts he no doubt picked up during childhood having grown up in four, widely diverse areas of the country including San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles/Orange County, Denver, and NY/New Jersey.

These gifts have served him well professionally. He quickly forms genuine relationships with those he serves, knowing that an authentic connection is always the best way to help his clients achieve their goals.

Fueled by a life-long love affair for alpine skiing, Todd moved to Breckenridge, CO in 1994, upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His original plan to stay for one “season” quickly turned into five after finding love...TWICE! First love...his bride to be. Second love...the art of selling luxury resort real estate.

Today, Todd continues to be an accomplished leader in the industry, with more than 25 years of resort sales, marketing, and senior management experience. A key player in exclusive, high profile projects in some of the most sought after destinations including Breckenridge, CO, Newport Coast, CA, and Kauai, HI, Todd’s resume reflects a history of award-winning performance with a number of top companies in the world.

Todd currently resides on the island of Kauai with his lovely wife of 18 years, Alison, and their two wonderful boys Dylan and Jack. They have lived on island, and have been active members of their community since January of 2006.
