It is with great excitement that we welcome Mark Davis to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii Island!
Originally a New York native, Mark Davis transplanted to California to attend U.C. Berkeley for his BA followed by the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he earned his JD. While raising his family, Mark became a real estate attorney, working as bank counsel, transactional and litigation work as well as being general counsel to a resource investment company.
After 35 successful years as an attorney, Mark received his broker’s license in Hawaii in 2022 to complement his California broker’s license obtained in 2004. Together with his own investment and development experience, Mark understands and knows how to represent his client’s interests in buying and selling their homes. Whether it’s through the law or selling homes directly, Mark always found real estate to be an exciting field where he can assist people to realize their dreams and assure their assets are well protected.
Now thrilled to be a Hawaii resident, Mark is living his best life on the best island, but he knows it’s not always an easy decision to move to or from the Big Island. It is his hope that he can provide a better experience and make those decisions easier for you in order to create value in reaching your decisions. If you’ve made the big decision for a big move to the Big Island, be sure to reach out to Mark Davis to help take care of all of your real estate needs.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys outrigger canoe paddling, volunteering at the Marine Mammal center and is also on the Board of Directors for Komohana Kai II.
Welcome, Mark!
