It is with great excitement that we welcome Donna Worden to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Waimea, Big Island!
Donna has driven a quarter-million miles on our Island of Hawaii. She has lived in seven of its nine Council districts. She understands our islandʻs eleven climate districts. She is not only experienced but well-educated in how property value is affected by: Lava Zone, climate, ocean proximity and view, mountain view, lot size and privacy, noise and many other factors. She is an experienced property investor and property manager. Both hands-on property management and education about it allow her to see relevancies in a particular property that others may miss.

Rie was born and raised in Niigata, Japan and moved to Hawaii in 2017. Rie is bilingual and specializes in helping Japanese clientele who look to buy real estate in Hawaii. Prior to moving to Hawaii, Rie supervised customer support teams in a publicly traded company in Japan. Rie graduated from Kapiʻolani Community College in Honolulu with a Psychology degree and entered a career in real estate.
