Alex Gutierrez is a seasoned real estate professional with a global perspective. Born in Chile and raised in Latin America and the US, Alex’s diverse background has shaped his understanding of various cultures and markets. After relocating to Hawaii in 2021, he focused on the Kailua and Lanikai area, leveraging his expertise to guide clients through the intricacies of residential real estate.
Prior to his real estate career, Alex honed his business acumen through many different roles, including Procter & Gamble, Corp Banca, Bittime incentives, and Bitcoin mining. His experience in these industries equipped him with a strong foundation in strategy, problem-solving, and a financial instinct which have contributed to his success.
Alex’s passion for real estate ignited when he and his wife began flipping properties and buying some for vacation rentals. This hands-on experience led him to obtain his real estate license in Sedona, Arizona, and quickly turned into a passion where he successfully represented clients in both residential and commercial transactions.
With a proven track record of success, Alex has earned numerous professional accolades, including recognition as one of America’s Top 100 (1%) Latin American Agents and RL Sothebys International Realty’s Top 3% in his market. His commitment to excellence and placing client’s interests first have solidified his reputation as a top producer in the industry.
Beyond representing clients in real estate, Alex has a keen interest in real estate investment and digital assets. His hobbies include reading, hiking, and Tai-Chi, and he is fluent in Spanish.
