Nick fully embraced the profession upon starting his family in 2013, departing from his Air Force service to become a dedicated full-time realtor. His profound experience of the impact of homeownership on Oahu resonates in his passionate commitment to assisting other families in securing their own piece of paradise for their future legacy.
Nick thrives on engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, aiming to guide them in discovering their ideal property. He focuses on selling in the Central, North Shore and Leeward areas of Oahu while his clientele spans from first-time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners to astute investors and military families relocating to Oahu. Born and raised on the beautiful windward side of Oahu, I spent my childhood soaking up the sun in Lanikai, Kahala, Diamond Head, and Waialae Iki. My love for the ocean naturally led me to water polo, but after attending UC Irvine and studying Psychology, Sociology, and (of course!) water polo, I found myself drawn to real estate.
Real estate has always been in my blood – my mother and grandmother thrived in the industry, and I practically grew up surrounded by it. My experience is also intermingled with my upbringing in my family’s luxury construction company. This has provided me with a contractors’ knowledge and well-rounded perspective on real estate.
Today, my passion lies in helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. Whether you’re selling your property on the windward side, South side, or North Shore of Oahu, I’m here to guide you through the entire process. From expert staging to ensuring your property shines, I offer a complete service that takes the stress out of selling.
When I’m not helping clients, you can find me outdoors with my wife and two young boys. We love playing sports together – anything from golfing and surfing to hiking and tennis.
