It is with great excitement that we welcome Paul D. Melvin, Jr. to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Haleiwa, Oahu!
Paul D. Melvin Jr. brings nearly three decades of experience in high-end construction and development to his role as a trusted real estate agent serving buyers and sellers across Oahu. He is a second-generation South Florida native, having spent the majority of his life in central and northern Palm Beach County, with the last 15 years rooted in beautiful Jupiter, Florida. Paul obtained his Florida real estate license in 2019, and in 2024, he relocated to Waialua, Hawaii to bring his dedication and expertise as a Realtor to the islands. He is currently licensed in both Florida and Hawaii.
For 29 years prior to real estate, Paul had a rewarding career as a pool construction contractor, working closely with some of the most prestigious architects, home builders, and developers on high-end construction and development projects. He deeply enjoyed being an integral part of the construction industry, collaborating with various trades to build incredible homes and estates. Now, having “hung up the construction boots,” Paul is eager to leverage this extensive knowledge in construction, design, and development to assist and guide both buyers and sellers through every facet of their real estate journey.
Paul’s primary goal is to help anyone looking to buy or sell on Oahu. While he is based out of the North Shore, he is happy to travel island-wide to meet your needs. A significant point of pride in his career has been the many clients who have become friends over the years. Developing that level of trust and comfortability brings Paul great joy and constantly reaffirms that he is aligned with his professional goals and personal values.
When not working, Paul embraces the Hawaiian lifestyle. He started surfing as a young child and was immediately hooked—a passion that has never slowed down. Paul also enjoys snorkeling, free diving, hiking, and pretty much anything else that gets him out in nature (including snowboarding!). He is the proud father of two sons in their early 20s, and is currently working on stumbling his way through learning Spanish, hoping to be fluent in conversation soon.
Paul’s decision to join Corcoran Pacific Properties was inspired directly by the exceptional personal experience he had while purchasing his first home in Hawaii. The unmatched level of care, commitment, and professionalism he encountered made a profound impression, and it is a true honor to now be a part of this distinguished team. It is with great excitement that we welcome Robert “Bobby” Okuda to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Mililani, Oahu!
Born in Kumamoto, Japan, Bobby is a husband, father, investor and entrepreneur. He attended Mid-Pacific Institute and graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Business Administration. As a former manager of Okuda Metal Inc., a locally-owned, family business, he helped to facilitate the exit for the company, which has been a household name on Oahu for 70 years.
Now starting a new chapter in real estate, Bobby will focus on residential home sales on Oahu, while always striving to be relatable and reachable to his clients. Even though his business has changed, his goals remain the same – helping people and adding value in the most transparent way. Throughout his working career, Bobby has learned that the most valuable currency in life is good relationships and he looks forward to making new friends everyday.
