Welcome to the Corcoran Pacific ‘Ohana, Amy McDonald!

It is with great excitement that we welcome Amy McDonald to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Kahala, Oahu! She will be working alongside our esteemed agent owner and top producer, Mary Lavoie-Olson.

Amy was born in California and soon moved to Oahu when she was 5 years old. Honolulu has been home ever since. After attending Kapiolani Community College, Amy built and grew her own online women’s clothing boutique. As the company owner for almost 10 years, Amy has joyfully handled everything from marketing and shipping to accounting and customer relations. Her work helping women feel confident in themselves is rewarding and most importantly, her company has helped her build relationships with her clients as well as lasting friendships!

More recently, Amy has expanded her business repertoire by earning her Hawaii real estate license, where she can now provide even more service. She plans to prioritize her sales in the East Honolulu area of Oahu, so that her clients, friends and families of all sizes can know the joy of home ownership.

Welcome Back to the Corcoran Pacific ‘Ohana, Gabby Higgins!

It is with great excitement that we welcome Gabriela “Gabby” Higgins back to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Kailua, Oahu! She was previously with us from 2019 – 2023 and to our delight, she has decided to come back home.

Gabby Higgins was born in Argentina and although she immigrated to the US when she was only 8, she has managed to maintain her fluency in Spanish. Following high school, Gabby enlisted in the US Navy and shortly after, attended the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD majoring in Systems Engineering while participating in the Women’s Rugby and Gymnastics teams.

Her time in the Navy allowed Gabby to travel all over the world, but when she landed in Hawaii, she knew this would be her home forever. Although Gabby is no longer on active duty, she is still a military spouse and understands the intricacies of PCSing with children and pets. And although she is relatively new to the real estate industry, Gabby’s extensive travel has allowed her to purchase and sell homes in several diverse markets and she’s been a Kailua homeowner since 2004.

When she is not hard at work on finding her clients the perfect property or buyer, she can be found hiking, surfing, or just enjoying the beauty of Kailua Beach with her husband, Jay, and their 4 children.
