Welcome to the Corcoran Pacific ‘Ohana, Bobby Okuda!

It is with great excitement that we welcome Robert “Bobby” Okuda to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Mililani, Oahu!

Born in Kumamoto, Japan, Bobby is a husband, father, investor and entrepreneur. He attended Mid-Pacific Institute and graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Business Administration. As a former manager of Okuda Metal Inc., a locally-owned, family business, he helped to facilitate the exit for the company, which has been a household name on Oahu for 70 years.

Now starting a new chapter in real estate, Bobby will focus on residential home sales on Oahu, while always striving to be relatable and reachable to his clients. Even though his business has changed, his goals remain the same – helping people and adding value in the most transparent way. Throughout his working career, Bobby has learned that the most valuable currency in life is good relationships and he looks forward to making new friends everyday.

A core principle he lives by is from MAT 6:34: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Welcome home, Bobby! See his profile here ›

Welcome to the Corcoran Pacific ‘Ohana, Christina West!

It is with great excitement that we welcome Christina West to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Princeville, Kauai!

Born and raised in Texas, my passion for hospitality and service began early in life. I attended the University of Houston, where I earned a degree in Biology, a field that honed my attention to detail and taught me a meticulous, systematic approach to work. These skills would later become invaluable in my real estate career.

In 2013, I was drawn to the stunning shores of Hawaii. Before stepping into real estate, I built and ran a property care business, which provided me with a strong, hands-on foundation in home maintenance and management. Simultaneously, I started farming vanilla on Kaua‘i, an endeavor focused on sustainability. Both of these experiences gave me a unique perspective on the true value of a home—not just as a structure, but as a place to be nurtured and cared for. They also deepened my connection to the land and to the lifestyle of this beautiful island.

I represent clients with a wide range of single-family homes, from primary residences to vacation retreats, with a strong focus on second homes. Many of my clients are looking for properties that serve as both a sanctuary and a smart investment, and I love guiding them through that process here in Hawaii. I pride myself on the high level of care I bring to every interaction. From understanding the intricate market numbers to recognizing the perfect lifestyle fit, I ensure no detail is overlooked. My goal is to connect clients with properties that elevate their way of life.

I ultimately chose to partner with Corcoran Pacific Properties because their values align perfectly with my own: a focus on luxury, lifestyle, and truly personalized service. I wanted to be part of a brokerage that not only has a strong reputation in Hawaii but also provides the comprehensive tools, support, and network needed to deliver an exceptional experience for every client.

Outside of real estate, my life is deeply rooted in the Kaua‘i lifestyle. I continue my work in sustainable vanilla farming and enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, including my husband and son, who share my love for nature. We spend countless hours fishing, hiking, and exploring the island, staying connected to the land, the ocean, and the homes that make Kaua‘i such a special place to live.

Welcome to the Corcoran Pacific ‘Ohana, Amour Wilhelm!

It is with great excitement that we welcome Amour Wilhelm to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Kahala, Oahu!

Amour Wilhelm’s love for the islands began on Big Island in 2013. After joining the Navy in 2017, Amour moved to Oahu and hasn’t left since.

As a servicemember, Amour is committed to service and community, values she now applies to her work as a real estate agent. She strives to give back to the Kailua community that has welcomed her, and real estate has been the perfect way to do so. It has allowed her to help individuals and families find a home that fits their needs and the special lifestyle and culture of Hawaii.

Amour’s focus is on helping clients buy or sell homes on the Windward side, particularly in Kailua and Kaneohe. She also offers a unique perspective: having gone through the process of renting, buying, selling, and later building a new home on island herself. She can provide firsthand insight into navigating new builds, renovations, and maximizing a home’s potential.

Amour is passionate about helping clients envision how a property can fit their lifestyle, whether it’s a starter home, a family home, or a place they want to renovate. She prides herself on authenticity, integrity, and clear communication to ensure her clients feel heard and confident throughout the entire process.

Since living on Oahu, Amour has seen how connected people’s homes are to their lifestyles here. They aren’t just looking for a place to live; they want a home that truly represents who they are and the life they want to have. That’s exactly what Corcoran Pacific stands for: “Live Who You Are”.

Outside of work, Amour enjoys spending time outdoors—at the beach or hiking—and relaxing with a good book or a board game night with friends.
