It is with great excitement that we welcome Robert “Bobby” Okuda to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Mililani, Oahu!
Born in Kumamoto, Japan, Bobby is a husband, father, investor and entrepreneur. He attended Mid-Pacific Institute and graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Business Administration. As a former manager of Okuda Metal Inc., a locally-owned, family business, he helped to facilitate the exit for the company, which has been a household name on Oahu for 70 years.
Now starting a new chapter in real estate, Bobby will focus on residential home sales on Oahu, while always striving to be relatable and reachable to his clients. Even though his business has changed, his goals remain the same – helping people and adding value in the most transparent way. Throughout his working career, Bobby has learned that the most valuable currency in life is good relationships and he looks forward to making new friends everyday.

Born on Oahu and raised in the neighborhoods of Kaneohe Bay and Hawaii Kai, Nikki’s family heritage in Hawaii has spanned over five generations. She brings that history with her through stories from neighborhoods on Oahu, Hawai’i, & Kauai. Her great-grandfather was a merchant in Hilo, who developed and sold commercial real estate in the early 1900s. Over the years she had the privilege of living in New York and Oregon prior to returning home in 2001. She loves life in Hawaii with her husband Tom, their two children, and treasured family pets.
In addition to her life as a REALTOR, Nikki has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, commercial print, publishing, & advertising. She has served both small business as well as global giants such as Nike Inc. Her years of experience in negotiating on behalf of clients, has cultivated her performance in the real estate arena. She has the drive and experience to protect her client’s interests, procure a winning deal, and deliver results.
Nikki completed her requirements and educational courses to qualify as a Certified Residential Specialist, and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS. The CIPS Network is comprised of 2,300 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the “international” market. Whether assisting foreign investors, helping buyers invest abroad, or serving an immigrant niche in local markets, CIPS members are consumers’ best resource to ensure they are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate.
