It is with great excitement that we welcome Christina West to the Corcoran Pacific brokerage in Princeville, Kauai!
Born and raised in Texas, my passion for hospitality and service began early in life. I attended the University of Houston, where I earned a degree in Biology, a field that honed my attention to detail and taught me a meticulous, systematic approach to work. These skills would later become invaluable in my real estate career.
In 2013, I was drawn to the stunning shores of Hawaii. Before stepping into real estate, I built and ran a property care business, which provided me with a strong, hands-on foundation in home maintenance and management. Simultaneously, I started farming vanilla on Kaua‘i, an endeavor focused on sustainability. Both of these experiences gave me a unique perspective on the true value of a home—not just as a structure, but as a place to be nurtured and cared for. They also deepened my connection to the land and to the lifestyle of this beautiful island.
I represent clients with a wide range of single-family homes, from primary residences to vacation retreats, with a strong focus on second homes. Many of my clients are looking for properties that serve as both a sanctuary and a smart investment, and I love guiding them through that process here in Hawaii. I pride myself on the high level of care I bring to every interaction. From understanding the intricate market numbers to recognizing the perfect lifestyle fit, I ensure no detail is overlooked. My goal is to connect clients with properties that elevate their way of life.
I ultimately chose to partner with Corcoran Pacific Properties because their values align perfectly with my own: a focus on luxury, lifestyle, and truly personalized service.
