Christa’s job is to help people find a home—but for 14 years, she couldn’t seem to find her own. Originally from Westhampton Beach, a small surf town in the Hamptons, she built a thriving career across some of the country’s most coveted coastal markets—from the Hamptons to San Diego to Charleston. But no matter how beautiful the setting, something always felt… off.
Each winter, she found herself drawn back to Oʻahu. It became her place to recharge, reflect, and quietly ask herself where she truly belonged. Eventually, the answer revealed itself: the place she kept returning to wasn’t just a seasonal escape—it was home all along.
Embracing a youthful, tech-savvy, and client-first approach, Christa has helped welcome 88+ new neighbors to their next chapter. Her thoughtful use of data, marketing, and design empowers buyers and sellers alike to move confidently in today’s dynamic, post-pandemic market.
Her professional experience includes collaborative fieldwork with the Charleston Board of Architectural Review, the Historic Society, and the City Planning Department, where she helped draft restoration plans for Mt. Zion AME Church. She also refined her design sensibility through an internship with the AD-featured showroom Fritz Porter.
Outside of her professional life, Christa leads an active, outdoor lifestyle. Whether paddleboarding, fishing, paddling, hiking, playing tennis, or skiing, she embraces every opportunity for adventure—and her suitcase is always packed.
